Hand held flash..on a cord. I wish I had wireless though, it would make things much easier. Holding camera with one hand, flash with the other, and controlling fast moving subjects can become a bit of a comedy act at times!

Haha.. I do that with my wireless sometimes so I know where you're coming from. I can imagine what this shot must've demanded, stretching your arm as far as it would go, I'm sure.
